Designed for small office or home PC systems, the BC Personal 300 protects devices from power flux damage and provides battery backup when the power fails. It takes up a minimal amount of desk or floor space, just 4 inches by 5 1/2 inches at the base. It is suitable for PCs and small peripherals.

This model has a power capacity of 300 volt-amps and 175 watts, and protects against spikes and surges to 360 Joules. It has two AC outlets, and uses RFI/EMI line noise filtering to stop interference between devices. The BC Personal is a standby UPS, and switches to battery power when incoming power falls below correct voltage levels. When the power completely fails, the battery provides up to 17 minutes runtime at half load, and five minutes at full load to allow for graceful shutdowns.
